Before submitting a query to us please read the following FAQ's for a quick answer.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Purchase items on our website and add to your cart, then proceed to the checkout. You will then need to provide your contact details and preferred delivery address. Proceed to enter your card and payment details.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

After placing an order, we will pre-authorise your card, however your card will not be charged. We will contact our supplier to confirm the product you purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We offer free delivery to mainland UK only.

WHEN WILL MY GOODS BE DELIVERED?

Once your order is placed it will be dispatched within 1- 5 working days.

HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

We will notify you via email once the order has been dispatched and you will receive the tracking details.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Please inspect all items thoroughly at the point of delivery. All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 3 days. Photograph any damages or quality issues and upload relevant photographs to return@zirahome.co.uk. Please ensure that you keep any original packaging. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items.

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

We accept returns if an item arrives damaged or if we've delivered an incorrect item. This must be reported within 3 working days to returns@zirahome.co.uk.

We accept returns if you change your mind. You have 14 days to claim your return to returns@zirahome.co.uk. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.

All returns must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as it was received and with proof of purchase.

The courier company will only collect the returned product from the registered shipping address (original delivery address). This safeguard is in place to inspect the product at the original address to avoid any possibility of breakage in subsequent transits. If the product has been moved to another address, the return stands void.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of any mattress, divan or mattress protector where the original packaging has been removed or where the item has been used.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Your order may already have been processed and be on it's way to you. You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods. However charges will apply to return the item. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days according to your bank or card company processing the refund.

NON-DELIVERIES

Should our delivery of your order not be successful or rejected, all further delivery attempts will incur additional charges.
